Ordering from Flowertime is simple. Browse our online shop, add your chosen flowers, gifts, or arrangements to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide the information required for us to process and deliver your order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Orders may also be placed and paid for over the telephone.
For customers ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency where applicable.
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and will contact you before proceeding.
Receipt of an order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of the order or the formation of a contract.
A contract between you and Flowertime is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to decline or amend any order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If a price adjustment is necessary, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
Orders received before 11:00am (UK time), Monday to Saturday, may be delivered on the same day, subject to availability.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date where possible. If an incorrect delivery charge is selected, we reserve the right to adjust the order value accordingly and will contact you if necessary.
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered on the next available working day.
Online orders are available for UK delivery only. For international flower deliveries, please contact us directly by telephone.
We do not guarantee specific delivery times except for funeral tributes and wedding orders.
If you require a timed delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply. Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate delivery requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries are generally made between 8:00am and 6:30pm.
For urgent or emergency orders, please contact the shop directly.
Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, it may occasionally be necessary to substitute flowers or sundry items featured in our designs.
Our florists will always endeavour to replace any unavailable flowers with suitable alternatives of similar style, quality, and value.
Where arrangements include containers, baskets, vases, or other accessories, an exact match may not always be available. In such cases, an appropriate substitute will be provided.
For same-day orders, specific colours, flower varieties, or blooms may not always be available and may be substituted with complementary alternatives.
If you require particular flowers or varieties, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and contact us directly before placing your order.
All orders include one delivery attempt.
If the recipient is unavailable and delivery cannot be completed, the flowers, plants, or gifts will be returned to our shop and a calling card or notification will be left where possible, advising the recipient how to arrange collection.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their order, a redelivery may be arranged at Flowertime's earliest convenience. A valid contact telephone number must be supplied to facilitate this.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, any replacement offered will be entirely at Flowertime's discretion. The availability of a replacement will depend on whether the flowers can be reasonably reused following their return to the shop. In some cases, particularly where specific colour schemes, flower varieties, or bespoke designs have been requested, a replacement may not be possible due to the inability to resell or reuse the items.
Additional delivery charges may apply for any redelivery requests.
Where a customer requests that flowers, plants, or gifts are left without a signature, Flowertime cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration occurring after delivery.
We will always endeavour to leave items in a safe and sheltered location where possible; however, the final responsibility for the item passes to the customer once it has been delivered in accordance with the customer's instructions.
We take great care in selecting, preparing, and delivering our flowers to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition.
All prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate.
When orders are placed through our website, payment information is encrypted using industry-standard security technology.
Card details are processed securely and are not stored in plain text on our website.
Orders cancelled online, by telephone, or by email may be subject to a cancellation fee.
As flowers are perishable products and are often prepared specifically for an order, cancellations requested after preparation has commenced or after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, any concerns regarding quality, condition, or delivery must be reported within one working day of delivery. Photographic evidence may be requested to assist with the assessment of any complaint.
Refunds and replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and remain at the discretion of management, subject to your statutory rights.
Where a complaint is upheld, we will endeavour to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
As many of our products are perishable and made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, customers may wish to seek independent advice from Citizens Advice or contact their card provider regarding any available dispute resolution procedures.
Our Privacy Policy is available on our website and explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
By placing an order with Flowertime, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
